Peachy Plant Fitness

Along with writing, my other passion has always been wellness and I'm all about sharing what I love! I've done everything from training teens to my old folks who are still kicking it. I specialized in group training but loved my people who would get down one on one with me. The nickname that seems to follow me for my reputation has been "Might Mice" because I was told I came in looking cute and innocent and then they got hit with a killer work out nobody was expecting. Whether  in the gym or in the comfort of their home I've helped my clients reach their goals, kick their ass and help them overall just feel amazing about themselves. Here's just a bit of what I can offer you being in the fitness industry for the last 4 years. I hope we can grow not only  mentally strong together but physically as well. Don't be afraid to ask questions if you're not to sure what you're looking for or where to start!
